The RN maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facility’s mission and philosophy, participates in and maintains performance improvement activities to assure the highest standards of care, and provides an environment of patient-focused care, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing team. The RN staff nurse will report to the Program Director and assist in clinical supervision.

The LPN maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facilities mission and vision, participates and maintains performance improvement activities to assure highest standards of care and provides an environment of patient-focused care, and providing input to our nursing team. The LPN staff nurse will report to the Charge Nurse or Program Director.

The MHT maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facilities mission and philosophy, participates and maintains performance improvement activities to assure highest standards of care and provides an environment of patient-focused care. Your role requires you to spend more time with the patients than any other staff member. The MHT reports to the Charge Nurse and Program Director. Newly hired Mental Health Techs will receive a $1,000 hiring bonus!*

The MHT will work with the mental health team to provide care to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in the On Track Senior Behavioral Health Unit per all standards governing our facility. Plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality food items are served to our patients and staff. They help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. They ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures. We are looking for a dedicated cook to prepare high quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards. The cook’s responsibilities include following instructions relating to the timely preparation of food orders, organizing workstations, and assisting other cooks as needed. You should also be able to ensure that the refrigerators and storerooms are kept clean and tidy. To be successful as a cook, you should be able to use various cooking techniques and methods to prepare meals that meet our patient’s dietary needs.

Performs physical therapy evaluations and treatments for hospital inpatients and outpatients according to hospital, state and federal regulations and professional guidelines. Supervise physical therapy aides and assistants

The Clinical and Staff Educator is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive orientation and ongoing education programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff. This RN position ensures that all educational initiatives are aligned with regulatory, accreditation, and compliance standards, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization. The Educator works in close partnership with Human Resources and department leaders to coordinate onboarding and orientation activities and reports directly to the Chief Quality Officer. Additionally, the Educator serves as a resource, mentor, and leader for nursing staff, supporting clinical practice, professional development, and quality care delivery.

Duties include specimen processing, routine maintenance, quality control test performances, and reporting test results. Must function independently in all phases of the laboratory. Experience and skill in phlebotomy, working alone at odd hours, troubleshooting equipment, independent thinking and decisive action in difficult situations is imperative. The scope of patients served includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Under the general direction of the Revenue Cycle Manager, and in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures, the Patient Financial Advisor/Registrar is responsible for the accurate and efficient registration of patients for both Outpatient (OP) and Emergency Department (ED) services. This position ensures that patient demographic and insurance information is verified and documented accurately, assists with patient financial counseling, accepts payments, and performs assigned administrative functions in support of the Revenue Cycle. The Patient Financial Advisor/Registrar also educates patients about their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities, calculates and collects estimated liabilities, and provides excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff. The role may include administrative assignments such as processing adjustments, billing functions, and other revenue cycle tasks as delegated by the Revenue Cycle Manager. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
