Jaymal Ratilal Patel, MD
Dr. Patel is a dual board-certified psychiatrist and internist with more than 20 years of experience in clinical care, leadership, and academic instruction.
Kylie Floyd, PMHNP-BC
Kylie Floyd is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has several years of experience caring for patients in JCMC’s Behavioral Health Program.
Aspire extends the care patients may receive through JCMC’s inpatient Behavioral Health Program, offering continued support in a comfortable outpatient setting. The clinic is designed to provide privacy, consistency, and trusted care for both patients and their families.

From Statesboro, Georgia
Head north on US-25 for approximately 28 miles to West Winthrope Avenue. Turn right and continue onto East Winthrope Avenue. Turn left, and Jenkins County Medical Center will be on the left.
From East Georgia
Head west on GA-21 toward Millen. Continue into town and turn left onto GA-67 South toward East Winthrope Avenue. Turn right onto East Winthrope Avenue, then turn left. Jenkins County Medical Center will be on the left.
From Augusta, Georgia
Head south on US-25 toward Millen. Continue for approximately 50 miles until reaching Millen. Turn left onto West Winthrope Avenue and continue onto East Winthrope Avenue. Turn left, and Jenkins County Medical Center will be on the left.
From Savannah, Georgia
Head northwest on I-16 West toward Macon. Take Exit 137 for GA-21 North toward Millen. Continue on GA-21 North into Millen. Turn right onto GA-67 South toward East Winthrope Avenue. Turn right onto East Winthrope Avenue, then turn left. Jenkins County Medical Center will be on the left.
From Dublin, Georgia
Head east on US-80 toward Swainsboro. In Swainsboro, turn right onto US-1 South/US-56 East toward Stillmore. Continue on US-1 South toward Millen. Once in Millen, turn left onto East Winthrope Avenue. Jenkins County Medical Center will be on the right.
