The purpose of this job is to plan and supervise the nursing care delivered to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in the On Track Senior Behavioral Health Unit per all standards governing our facility. The RN maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facility’s mission and philosophy, participates in and maintains performance improvement activities to assure the highest standards of care, and provides an environment of patient-focused care, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing team. The RN staff nurse will report to the Program Director and assist in clinical supervision.

(This position will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.) The LPN will plan and work with the RN to provide nursing care to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in the On Track Senior Behavioral Health Unit per all standards governing our facility. The LPN maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facilities mission and vision, participates and maintains performance improvement activities to assure highest standards of care and provides an environment of patient-focused care, and providing input to our nursing team. The LPN staff nurse will report to the Charge Nurse or Program Director.

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Newly hired RNs will receive a $5,000 hiring bonus! LPNs will receive a $2,500 hiring bonus!*

(The schedule for this full-time position is 7pm-7am) The MHT will work with the mental health team to provide care to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in the On Track Senior Behavioral Health Unit per all standards governing our facility. The MHT maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facilities mission and philosophy, participates and maintains performance improvement activities to assure highest standards of care and provides an environment of patient-focused care. Your role requires you to spend more time with the patients than any other staff member. The MHT reports to the Charge Nurse and Program Director. Newly hired Mental Health Techs will receive a $1,000 hiring bonus!*

The MHT will work with the mental health team to provide care to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in the On Track Senior Behavioral Health Unit per all standards governing our facility. The MHT maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facilities mission and philosophy, participates and maintains performance improvement activities to assure highest standards of care and provides an environment of patient-focused care. Your role requires you to spend more time with the patients than any other staff member. The MHT reports to the Charge Nurse and Program Director.
