Millen, GEORGIA | August 2, 2024 – Jenkins County Medical Center (JCMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Graham as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 1, 2024.
Graham brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in the healthcare industry. She currently serves as the CEO at Appling Healthcare in Baxley, GA. During her tenure at Appling Healthcare team, she excelled as the organization’s Director of Pharmacy, Chief Quality Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Her journey in healthcare began in 2004 after earning her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in Atlanta, GA.

Graham’s distinguished career includes numerous accomplishments, such as:
- Attaining the level of Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, demonstrating her expertise in process improvement and evidence-based leadership.
- Earning the esteemed credential of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), the gold standard for board certification in health management.
- Being actively involved with the Georgia Hospital Association and Hometown Health, contributing to the advancement of healthcare at the state and local levels.
- Completing a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2023.
- Obtaining a Long-Term Care Nursing Home Administrator license in February 2024, further broadening her scope of expertise.
